SUMMARY: Swindon Social Enterprise Network (SSEN) will hold it’s eighth “networking” event on Wednesday 25th March, 4.30 pm to 6.00 pm, at the Swindon Night Shelter’s “Haven” Day Care Centre, The Haven, Queens Drive, Swindon, SN3 1AR. Two guest speakers will be presenting: Jamie Martin of Correct Careers Coaching, followed by John Lewis of JL Mindset Performance.
The event is free to attend and will commence at 4.30pm with an opportunity to mingle with other attendees over tea/coffee/juice and biscuits. At 5pm a formal welcome, introduction to the event and an update about the SSEN’s work will be delivered by a member of the steering group.
Then the two speakers will present. The first will be Jamie Martin talking on the subject of “Developing Your Mindset for Career Success”. During this talk, you will experience how your authority develops further within a career. Information and statistics regarding employee retention and engagement. As well as mindset development for improving your daily performance.
Then John Lewis of JL Mindset Performance will present, “Life is Great…BUT Can Throw Up its Challenges!” John believes that if we face them head-on with good mental health, we can feel safe in the knowledge that we are resilient enough and have the right mindset. From there we can perform at our best whenever these situations arise.
After there will be time to network more. John, Jamie and members of the steering group of the Swindon Social Enterprise Network will be available to answer any questions.
